Ok. I can see why some folks down rated the salon, but I rate places based on experience and end result. End result is my nails are cute. They got busy and still fit me and my mom in without an appt. We figured a place in San Marino would probably be good because San Marino people would not keep them in business if they weren't. Then I read the reviews as I sat in the chair and became a bit concerned. So, armed with feedback from others, I was a bit more direct and precise with what I wanted. She offered only two options for nail shapes: oval or square. I pulled up nail shapes on my phone and pointed to round. I was careful to watch everything and comment if needed, but overall it was fine. The towels were over used and a bit shredded. The furniture was dinged, and the communication was minimal, but my nails are good. They fit everyone in. The leg massage was kind of strange... I never had anyone punch the calves of my legs over and over again, but whatever. It was probably good for my circulation. I'd likely come back!

love this place! They do an awesome mani/pedi that lasts longer that 4 days :) My pedicures have lasted up to three weeks. I also started going there for my eyebrow waxing and love it!

I've tried pretty much every nail salon in Pasadena and this is the best place by far. They take their time and do a great job.

I've passed by this place a few times and was like I need to check it out. I came on a Sunday evening... they saw me right away (I did call ahead to see if it was a good time they said yes). I got a basic manicure and pedicure from Lee and her sister. They did an excellent job! They were friendly, sweet, and through.

The shop itself was clean with a good selection of polished from OPI, ESSIE and others. Only negative was the massage chair kept stopping after like 1-2 minutes...But that's it. Also the price for services are very reasonable (bring cash for tip but the also use Zelle). I'll definitely come again!

My 2nd time at this place. Great service by sweet Hannah. I would aak for her again. Great courtesy and politeness. Not noisy about customer's personal business (asking probing questions), gives personal space, not "chatty-Cathy" and does an excellent job.
